Uniquebrew Café product mix constitutes a wide range of products that appeal primarily to Indian coffee and snack lovers. Products have a decided indian taste to it – be it food or coffee. Most of the eatables have been adopted to meet the Indian taste buds like Veg.Masala sandwich, Paneer tikka sandwich etc. Thus we have been trying to capture the Indian taste along with classic coffee. The best selling item in summer is frappe, which is coffee and ice cream blended together. The young people favor it. In winter it is cappuccino. Our merchandising plan includes funky stuff like t-shirt,mugs etc.
Considering that Uniquebrew Café knows its major customer lies in the bracket of 16 to 60. We have tried to derive a policy whereby we can satisfy all its customers. The price for a cup of coffee ranges from Rs. 30 to Rs 300. From the time we first started our operations , there have been only minor changes in the pricing policy of Uniquebrew Café. The changes have been more due to the taxation and location than anything else.
The strategy of Uniquebrew Café is to open its various Café models in the vicinity of High Street / Family Entertainment Centers; near Colleges etc. this gives the advantages of the word of mouth marketing’s effectiveness to the maximum degree.

A Television marketing strategy covering local television channels of cities having regular advertisement slots Tie-ups and Co-Branding; Besides that Uniquebrew Café has also tied up with a lot of the youth brands.
